I had the pleasure of working with Anne & Alexis to create a gluten-free dessert table for their wedding at Brooklyn Winery this past Spring. The table was filled with chocolate chunk cookies, blackberry filled macaroons and caramel marshmallows with a pecan praline. A simple, yet chic chevron inspired cake stood amongst the delectable table.
